I thought I must write and thank you very much indeed for all the hard work which you and your team put into renovating my flat in St. Albans.
 
I must commend you on the very high standard of work carried out throughout the flat. I was very pleased with your suggestions regarding the alterations to the kitchen and bathroom - which are hardly recognisable now.
 
I must say your idea to install a larger window in the hall has made a great difference to the light and also cosmetically looks so much better.
 
Once again, I would like to thank you and your men for all the hard work put into this refurbishment which has given the flat a completely different aura.
