Luke Scullion is a construction professional based in Hertfordshire specialising in residential redevelopment and high-quality housing delivery. He manages the full construction lifecycle, from feasibility and planning coordination through procurement and on-site delivery.

Luke has a multidisciplinary background in aerospace engineering, international management consulting, and entrepreneurship. He holds an MBA and an MSc in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying, and is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) and Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB).
Ray Scullion
Ray Scullion is a construction professional with extensive international experience across Germany, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. Over his career, he has contributed to a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments, with expertise in site management, project coordination, and quality control.
